Grass finished beef is rich in antioxidants, including vitamin E, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. Home Quarter grass finished beef is great for folks looking to go paleo or to focus on a high protein, high quality fat diet.

Buying in bulk is a very economical way to purchase locally raised, premium quality grass finished beef. Our beef comes to you fresh-frozen, meaning immediately after cutting the beef is frozen. Since beef freezes really well, it loses none of the natural flavour or texture — and you get the convenience of being able to enjoy our top notch local beef any day of the week! If you don't have enough freezer space (or don't wish to spend quite as much) share a side with family, friends or a neighbour!

A deposit will reserve you a side of grass finished beef cut to your specifications. This is only a deposit, and will be applied to the purchase price of your beef. Your final payment is due once the animal is slaughtered- via Interac email money transfer, check, or cash. Upon purchasing a side from us, we will put you in contact with the abattoir, so you can provide cutting instructions directly, to customize your order. This deposit is required to reserve an animal for you. It is non-refundable.

The cost of a side of our grass finished beef is $6.00/lb hanging weight. (This includes cutting & wrapping) Your individual cuts may vary depending upon the size of your animal and your cut and wrap instructions.

Bulk order butcher prices are based on hanging weight (the weight of the animal after slaughter but before butchering).
Note: The 20% deposit is required for all bulk orders.
**Your final total will be calculated once the animal is butchered and the actual hanging weight is determined.**

For more than 5 generations as a family-farm we’ve been connected to our land; providing our customers the same food we put on our table every day to nourish our kids — the 6th generation of ranchers. We believe good food brings family together and we’re here to nourish your family inside and out; from farm to fork. It’s in our DNA as Canadian-born-and-bred ranchers to put an amazing product on your plate; not just a cut of meat.
